Federal Government Disqualifying Lawyers from PSLF Has ABA in a Litigious Mood

The American Bar Association announced Tuesday it is suing the U.S. Department of Education following its decision to drop some public interest lawyers from the federal government’s Public Service Loan Forgiveness program.

The action was filed in the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. Plaintiffs include current and former ABA employees.
